SJ MOVING & STORAGE, INC. provides transportation, warehousing, and forwarding services under these specific conditions. By engaging our dispatch, you're agreeing to the parameters of our carrier network's liability. We're committed to transparency.

2. Cargo Insurance & Liability

Standard liability is limited to $0.50 per pound unless otherwise declared in writing prior to pickup. For high-value transit, we recommend additional cargo insurance. Did you know that most transit damage occurs during improper loading? Our warehouse logistics team mitigates this through rigorous inspection protocols.

3. Claims and Procedures

All claims for loss or damage must be filed within 9 months of delivery, as per standard bill of lading terms. Inspect your freight immediately. Once the driver leaves, your window for reporting visible damage closes fast. We believe in fast resolution, but we need documentation.

4. Payment Terms

Net 30. We're a business built on trust, but logistics requires liquidity. Late payments may result in a lien on pending cargo in our warehouse for freight transportation services. It's simple: pay on time, and the wheels keep turning.
